Description of the columns and the abbreviations used on annotations of ISRUC-Sleep.
The dataset is organized into three independent cohorts.
ISRUC-Sleep Cohort I
Cohort I consists of subjects diagnosed with sleep-related disorders and represents the most comprehensive subset of the ISRUC-Sleep dataset. Recordings include multiple physiological signals and expert sleep-stage annotations, making this cohort particularly suitable for sleep staging and sleep pathology research.
- Polysomnography recordings of 100 Individual
- Sleep stage annotations (annotated by two experts)
- Subject metadata

ISRUC-Sleep Cohort II
Cohort II contains recordings from a group of healthy adult subjects. This cohort is commonly used for developing and validating automatic sleep staging algorithms under relatively controlled conditions.
- Polysomnography recordings of 8 indivdual with 2 recordings
- Sleep stage annotations (annotated by two experts)
- Subject metadata
Download (2.2GB)
ISRUC-Sleep Cohort III
Cohort III includes recordings acquired from healthy subjects under experimental conditions and provides an additional independent cohort for validation and benchmarking studies.
- Polysomnography recordings of 10 healthy individual
- Sleep stage annotations (annotated by two experts)
- Subject metadata
